On October 25th, 2023, Maritime College No.1 was honored to welcome Capt. Gu Xiaobing - General Manager, Standard (Lianyungang) Crew Manning Co., Ltd. and Capt. Tian Daichang - General Manager, Standard (Shanghai) Shipping Services Co., Ltd. to visit and work at school.
Welcoming the representative of Chinaland Shipping were Capt. Dr. Luu Viet Hung - Rector of MC1 and representatives of school’s units (International Cooperation & Science Technology Department, Human Resource Development and Labor Export Center, Faculty of Ship Navigation and Faculty of Marine Engineering Operation).

At the reception, Capt. Dr. Luu Viet Hung - Rector sent a warm welcome and thanked the representative of Chinaland Shipping for visiting and working at Maritime College No.1. He also introduced MC1’s history and development, enrollment scale, training scale, training program for seafaring professions as well as cooperation with domestic and international businesses and partners in training seafarers and improving English proficiency for students.
