According to the plan of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, the National Vocational Educator Lecturer Conference 2021 was held online from November 12, 2021 to November 16th, 2021.
This is a professional activity implementing the vocational education system, thereby encouraging and honoring teachers who have made many valuable contributions to vocational education, always take the lead in applying new teaching methods, overcome all difficulties to uphold and ensure training quality in the digital transformation and Covid-19 pandemic; It is also one of the activities to celebrate the 39th anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - Novemberr 20, 2021).

The National Conference of Vocational Educators in 2021 took place in a solemn, creative, flexibly adaptive atmosphere, the lectures were carefully prepared, invested in expertise and effort.

Maritime College I is honored to have 02 lecturers representing vocational education teachers of Hai Phong city to participate in the National Conference of Vocational Educators in 2021. On November 12th, 2021, teacher Vu Ngoc Hung, lecturer of the faculty of Ship Navigation, participated with the lecture “ How to tie a bowline knot” at the college level of Ship Navigation; On November 13th, 2021, teacher Le Huy Thu, lecturer at the Faculty of Ship Engine Operation, participated with the lecture "Inspecting and assessing nozzle quality" of the Ship Engine Repair module at the college level of Marine engineering operation. With enthusiasm and many years of experience in teaching, teachers Vu Ngoc Hung and Le Huy Thu confidently completed their lectures, which were recognized and highly appreciated by the judges.

As a result, teacher Le Huy Thu won the 3rd prize and teacher Vu Ngoc Hung won encouragement prize of the National Teaching Conference.
Thanks to the growth and high achievements in competitions for excellent teachers of Hai Phong city and in the transportation industry for many years, teachers, teachers Le Huy Thu and Vu Ngoc Hung once again affirmed their position, the prestige of the Maritime College No. I in vocational education activities in Hai Phong city in particular and in the national system of vocational education institutions in general.
