German experts worked online to evaluate pilot training, guided to prepare for the final exams of Stage 1 and organize the 3rd year training in Marine Engineering according to the transfer program from Germany at Maritime College No. I (19/11/2021)


Implementing Official Dispatch No. 2251/TCGDNN-DTCQ dated October 15th, 2021 of the Directorate of Vocational Education and Training on the plans of German experts guided online pilot training schools for 22 occupations transferred from the Federal Republic of Germany.

On November 11th, 2021, at the Maritime College No. I (MC1), there was an assessment and guidance for pilot training of the Marine Engineering according to the project transferred from Germany with the fourth online.

Attending the meeting were Mr. Wolfgang Friedrich - German expert in charge of pilot training in  Marine Engineering, Mr. Do Hong Hai - Vice Rector representing the Rector Board and all teachers participating in training marine engineering.

The purpose of the meeting was to review the shortcomings pointed out in the third round of assessment and direct on April 20th-28th, 2021 and to guide the training and organization of the final exams of stage 1 and implement the 3rd year training, including the following contents:

- The impact of the Covid epidemic on the training process of the College

- Training equipment for vocational training;

- Preparation for the midterm exam: Stage I of the final exam;

- Training records.

- Organizing student assessment for the taught terms.

After 3 working hours, with the spirit of urgency, positivity, and on schedule, the experts highly appreciated the ability to prepare the working contents that the experts required from the College. The shortcomings have been thoroughly overcome by the school thanks to the enthusiastic  participation and concentration of many resources to serve the training for this pilot classes of the school teachers and staff. The experts also highly appreciated the ability to cope with the Covid pandemic of the school when it promptly organized online learning to ensure training progress as well as maintain the quality of teaching and learning continuously.
