Faculty of Electric – electronics with Scientific Research of the academic year 2015 - 2016 (30/05/2016)

One of the important tasks of colleges now is to promote scientific research in order to improve the abilities to do scientific research for the teaching staff and students, contributing to improve the quality of teaching and learning at the college. Therefore, in recent years the Rector Board of Maritime College No.1 has continuously focused on promoting scientific research activities in the college. In May 2016 at the Conference room, the lecturers of Electric – electronic Faculty have successfully presented their five scientific studies.

1. "Study on applying modules of electrical – electronic equipment, lab of electrical – electronic engines to build a number of exercises to meet STCW78 / 2010 for students of Faculty of Ships’ electricity " by Mr. Nguyen Duc Quang – Engineer;

 2. "Study on designing an automatic fire alarm system for the engine operating room of Maritime College  No.1 " by Mr. Vu Ha Viet – MA;

3. " Study on applying the DIALUX software to calculate, design lighting systems for the A4 block’s classrooms of Maritime College I" - by Mr. Trinh Dang Khoa - Engineer

4. "Study on choosing active teaching methods to enhance the integrated lesson plan compiling and implementing skills for lecturers of Maritime College No.1" – by Mr. Nguyen Huu Hung – MA;

5. "Study on the lab’s PLC module to build a system of exercises applied to the subjects Controling PLC programming for College level students of the Faculty of Electric - Electronics, Maritime College No.1" – by Ms. Dang Thi Thu Huyen - MA

These studies have been presented and reported to the Scientific Advisory Councils and the lecturers as researchers have received the critical opinions and comments of the  council members. The studies have been accessed, appraised and approved by the Scientific Advisory Councils of the College.

After being approved, the results of these studies would be applied in teaching and training so that they can improve the quality of human resources in the Faculty of Electric - Electronics.
