According to the school year schedule 2015 - 2016 and the approval of the Rector Board, in the morning of March 16 in the Hall A3, the Student Affairs Department have held a Conference on the work of Teachers in charge in the first semester of the school year 2015-2016 and guidance for election affairs of the National Assembly (NA) and People's Councils deputies at all levels for the 2016-2021 period..
Addressing the Conference by Meritorious Teacher Vu Van Dung-Vice Rector
Attending the conference were Meritorious Teacher Vu Van Dung-Vice Rector of the college, the leaders of all departments together with teachers in charge and the students in the college.
Overview of the Conference
The Conference received preliminary reports on the work of teachers in charge in the first semester of the school year 2015-2016 and the implementation of the work of teachers in charge in the 2nd semester of the school year by Mr.Nguyen Van Nam – the Head of the Student Affairs Department. The preliminary report assessed the results of the teachers in charge in the first semester including both good points and shortcomings.
The conference had the comments, discussion, contributions from the Rector board, the leaders of Departments and the teachers in charge on issues related to student affairs, especially contributions to improve the student management and consultancy to the teachers in charge.
To conclude the conference, Mr. Vu Van Dung, Vice Rector required:
- The teachers in charge need to pay more attention their classes; They must master and implement strictly the regulations on the teachers in charge work.
- Leaders of the departments in charge, Informatics Division had to check and supervise the teachers in charge of their departments and periodically meet their students.

Also at the meeting, the Teachers in charge and their students were introduced new aspects of the election and asked to improve their awareness of the political rights and duties of citizens in the election and encourage them to carry out the election legally and elect the right deputies with high quality.
Hopefully, the quality of work done by the teachers in charge would be better. At the same time, the election tasks would also be well fulfilled according to the election regulations by all the staff and students of the college.
